Abstract

The objective of this article is to conduct an positional analysis of the requests for admission as amicus curiae in the scope of the ADPF 899 in progress at the Federal Supreme Court. This action aims to adapt terms in public records to include LGBTI+ families considering the violations of constitutional precepts due to the non-recognition of the parental bond of same-sex couples in the systems of public agencies, with regard to forms and documents in which information on filiation is contained. After discussing the requests using as parameters the concepts and norms examined from theoretical and documentary sources, the associations that produced them are organized according to their position in favor or against the complaint.
