This article examines the feminists debates about pornography, exploring the plurality of stances between the anti-pornography and the pro-pornography angles. Through a comparative analysis of theoretical works and critical bibliographic revision, I investigate how each current defines and problematizes pornography, highlighting arguments about sexual morality, freedom, pleasure and power. The analytical path is structured in three parts: the conceptual delimitation of pornography by different strands; the critic to the distinction between pornography and eroticism; and the discussion of alternatives, such as ethic, feminist pornography and post-pornography. I argue that the critics formulated by pro-pornography feminism, far from being merely antagonistic, can contribute to the improvement of feminist practices and reflections, by promoting the recognition of sexual diversity and the questioning of moral hierarchies. I concluded that it is possible to build paths of convergence, betting on representations based on respect, autonomy and inclusion.
