DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND LGDP

Authors

Abstract

The school archive is an information unit that, in Brazil, does not yet have a national directive. However, it presents itself as a source of social and scientific information of increasing relevance, whose management of information and knowledge is necessary. The changes in the Information Regime, precipitated by the Coronavirus-19 Pandemic, aggravated the problems caused by the absence of Information Professionals. As of 2018, due to the enactment of the General Data Protection Law, there is a demand for the inadequate flow of so-called economic or sensitive personal information. Under the bibliographic review research methodology, of a basic, qualitative and descriptive nature, the objective of this study was to identify the main generalist guidelines, of viable applicability in national education systems, aimed at document management in school archives, in the complex context of the implementation of the LGPD. It was concluded that the school archive is a very rich source of information in the present time, despite the difficulties and gaps: Document Management; Information Professional; and National Guidelines.
