This research investigates the organization of information and the description of transmedia content on the streaming platform Prime Video, considering aspects of accessibility and genre categorization of media content. Framed within the context of cyberculture and media convergence, the analysis is based on controlled vocabulary, with a focus on the representation of information in digital environments. The general objective is to understand how transmedia works, which unfold across multiple media, are presented on the streaming platform, impacting the user experience and their interpretation of the content. The adopted methodology was comparative documentary analysis, with direct observation of the Prime Video interface and study of selected title descriptions, complemented by a comparison with the platforms Netflix, Star+, and Globoplay. The results show that although Prime Video provides data such as synopsis, cast, languages, and age rating, genre categorization is fragmented and navigation is not very intuitive. It is concluded that, despite advances in accessibility and personalization, the platform faces challenges regarding completeness and standardization in the representation of information, especially for works with complex narrative structures.
