The STUDY ON THE CONTRIBUTIVE POTENTIAL OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF SCHOOL RESEARCH

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate the current academic production that deals with issues related to school research, applied to secondary education, and the use of artificial intelligence tools in this process. The study brings together a sample of scientific publications retrieved relating to school research and demonstrates as a result the lack of studies on the process of school research mediated by artificial intelligence tools. With the purpose of contributing to the searches of future researchers and contributing to the theoretical research framework on the proposed topic, a literature review was produced and proves that brings together studies in the scope of school research and Artificial Intelligence (AI), separately, which were merged in this research so that an unprecedented reference could be produced on the use of artificial intelligence tools in the school research process. It is hoped that, with the contribution of this article, it will be possible to expand studies regarding the use of AI in the processes of searching for information and preparing school research reports, as well as paying attention to the need to expand research on this topic, without the intention of using these tools in a way that contributes to educational processes.
