Objective: The objective of this study was to verify the perception of university managers about Sustainable Entrepreneurial Training (SET) in the institution. Methodology: In methodological terms, this is a qualitative research, which collected the data through the application of a questionnaire with in-depth interviews, using the NVivo 12 Pro software. Main results: The results indicate that in undergraduate courses that do not they are related to Applied Social Sciences, they still do not discuss entrepreneurship in the institution; that the proposing unit for SET, should not be just an Academic Unit, but a group of people who identify with the subject; and that the managers willingness to participate and support the dialogue on issues related to sustainability (economic, social and environmental) corroborates with the statement that SET can be one of the paths to be followed to establish sustainability in its Units. Practical and theoretical implications: From the results found, it is possible to observe as a contribution of the study, the identification of the possibilities and limits for the construction of a Sustainable Entrepreneurial Training. The possibilities are: to accept a broader entrepreneurship aimed at balancing the three dimensions of sustainability in Units resistant to entrepreneurship; to restructure and include the theme in existing disciplines, among others. The mains limits are the ignorance of the managers of the Academic Units about sustainable entrepreneurship and tue lack of managers perception of how to conduct an SET in their unit, among others.
