Under the aegis of guiding phrases designed for the drawing activities, two main questions are investigated: (i) exchange of meaning between semiotic modalities: verbal and non verbal; (ii) the degree of reading and, therefore, interpretation of the contents of sentences. The theoretical basis for the research focus on the Interpretative Theory proposed by Seleskovitch and Lederer (1993). The methodological procedures based on proposals from Moore (2010). Finally, the interdisciplinary character of the research lead to the evocation of knowledges from areas such as Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics and Arts.
