Literature expresses the relations that man establishes with the environment and the
social space in which he lives, which can interfere in his way of being and acting. At
present, man possesses a hybrid identity and lives under the sign of post-modernity. The
present research aims at understanding how the effect of meaning in the fragmentation
of the subject gets structurally composed in the work Nostálgica Salvaguarda, by Luci
Collin, a writer from Paraná.
