Literature and rhetoric in Classical Antiquity
Keywords:
Literature. Rhetoric. Classical AntiquityAbstract
The Dossier Literature and Rhetoric in Classical Antiquity comprises a series of articles whose main theme is the relationship between rhetoric and literature. This motto, which we consider as the main point in this dossier, is not as clear and stable as one can ponder when using a frontier image with precise limits. These are so mobile that one could not even speak of borders, but of shared spaces. It is also true that this territorial problem never required diplomacy between them. The awareness of literature and that of rhetorical art developed in antiquity almost simultaneously.
