Os movimentos feministas na América-Latina e as perspectivas para a efetivação dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos das mulheres brasileiras

This paper deals with the trajectory of feminism as a catalyst movement of economic, sociocultural and political transformations aimed at improving women's living conditions and overcoming gender relations. In this context, the study proposes to analyze the Latin American panorama in relation to the expansion and guarantee of the sexual and reproductive rights of women, aiming to examine the Brazilian perspectives on the materialization of the reproductive autonomy of its female population and the political-legislative and sociocultural aspects of limitations that prevent the realization of such rights in the country For this, it uses the deductive approach method and the historical and monographic procedure methods, and the research technique employed is indirect documentation through bibliographic research. From this study, it was understood that the invisibility of Brazilian women, the condition promoted by the country patriarchal cultural context, is solidified by ignorance of women's social reality and the significant manifestation of cases of gender violence, thus, to include the gender perspective in laws and public policies is a way to ensure female reproductive emancipation.
