Abstract

In the contemporaneity, the transitory that is present in some narrative brings to an introspection and nullity of the character identity. A divided individual from his speech makes allusion to the modern narrator, which away, gets lost in the precariousness of the objectivity. The narrator movement – inherence of the verb – takes off his omnipotence and the reality imposes him a world of images in which the subjectivity isn’t recognized as immanent from the text. Having as support the social criticism, we suppose this affirmations in the tale -O cego e a dançarina-, written by João Gilberto Noll, that transport in the imagination a different thought about the speech in the contemporary literature, refracting in the narrator the consequences of the existing tensions in the modern world. Keywords: narrator; contemporary narrative; criticism social.
