Abstract

This article talks about two aspects of technology, aiming to drive the debate over current context of communication between the library and the user, their condition structuring of social relations and their contribution to an interactive activity to expand the process of dialogue and the library its users. Presents a brief history of the technology by comparing its feature tool while your device attribute structuring of social relations. Then we discuss the technologies as structuring of human relations, highlighting the possibilities for using the social web by libraries.
