Arquitetura da Informação no Ambiente Digital: Avaliando as relações com o Direito da Propriedade Intelectual

Investiga as relações da Arquitetura da Informação em ambientes digitais com o Direito da Propriedade Intelectual. O trabalho justifica-se pela necessidade de uma melhor compreensão da dinâmicas que emergem a partir da interação entre as Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação e o Direito da Propriedade Intelectual. Três áreas do conhecimento estão diretamente relacionadas com o estudo: Ciência da Informação, Direito e Ciência da Computação. A metodologia utilizada no processo investigativo está alinhada com a vertente qualitativa. Com relação aos procedimentos técnicos a mesma está classificada como bibliográfica ou de fontes secundárias. Indicamos como resultado da pesquisa a constatação de que a legislação brasileira corrente não oferece de forma adequada os mecanismos protetivos necessários para resguardar aos seus respectivos titulares os direitos da propriedade intelectual associados a um projeto de Arquitetura da Informação.Downloads
