Barreiras culturais à efetivação da Gestão do Conhecimento nas organizações públicas: relato de pesquisa

Esse artigo aborda a problemática referente às barreiras culturais à efetivação da gestão do conhecimento nas organizações públicas que, no âmbito da presente pesquisa, são entendidas como fatores impeditivos para que essas organizações consigam estabelecer um ambiente propício à aquisição de conhecimento útil bem como para usar o conhecimento adquirido. Objetivando obter aporte teórico para essa proposição e verificar a sua veracidade foram realizadas uma revisão de literatura e posteriormente pesquisas bibliográficas. Entre os resultados obtidos com essa pesquisa foi possível constatar a interdisciplinaridade do tema, identificar quatro tipos de barreiras à GC existentes nas organizações, elaborar uma taxonomia interdisciplinar para nomeá-las e descrever o que são barreiras culturais à efetivação da GC nas organizações públicas.
