THEORETICAL BASES FOR INFORMATION POLICY FORMULATION

Abstract

The design, enforcement and overseeing of policies are widely influenced by the observed interactions between the political actors, whose interests are sometimes unclear. On the information policies, this problem becomes even more complex, given the particularitities about the so called information assets. This article proposes a model for the information policies design, based upon epistemic grounds stirring on the policies context.
