RESOLUTENESS AS A FILTER FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PUBLIC MINISTRY IN MINORITIES PROTECTION

Abstract

The article analyzed the relevance of the resolutive profile of the Public Prosecutor's Office for justice access by minorities. It took into consideration the constitutional vocation of the institution to protect the legal order and the democratic regime, as well as to build a free, just and solidary society through the realization of fundamental rights. The relevance of pluralism for democracy was the justification for investigating the provision of services for minorities. Resolutivity was considered a vector of the study, based on the search for concrete results and on the identification of the victim as a central character in the work of the Public Prosecutor's Office, as an agent of social transformation. Aspects of service provision were analyzed, involving: a critical and reflexive view of the activity, training to attend specific publics, bringing these groups closer as an improvement in the access channels, in a perspective of material equality, and valorization of strategic planning. The problem involved the question: How does the resolutive profile contribute to justice access, for minorities, through the Public Prosecutor's Office? The general objective was to identify relevant aspects for the promotion of justice access for these groups. The research observed the inductive method and involved a theoretical analysis, based on bibliographic and documental research.
