The new technologies of communication and information in face of the transversality between nature and culture

This work has the objective of reflecting about the technology from a refusal to the deterministic conceptions towards the technique, questioning the theoretical readings based on the dichotomy between nature and culture, man and trick. The new technologies of information and communication are many times conceived in a unilateral: sometimes they are seen as threatening and dangerous for the man, sometimes are accepted as gifts capable even by assuring the democratization from the access to information, something that centuries of political fight could not carry out.
