The multimedia narratives of animated cartoons

Abstract

With technologic advance, the media are developing an accelerating rhythm and in common direction, they interweave to form news media. One of these consequences of technology is the charge that won a new form: the animated charges. Inside this multimedia universe, the charge wins news proportions, between others, the way to expose the facts and show their opinion and critique. To understand better this kind of charge, we propose here a study of the animated charges based in the narrative elements. We will concentrate our attention how to tell the story or the news used for the charge and, now, it adopts multimedia recourses too.
