Ways of transformation and rupture in Colheita, by Nélida Piñon

This paper analyses, from a gender perspective, two characters in Colheita, by Nélida Piñon, the man and the woman. The intention is to verify how the author works common themes in female and male universes, without to rescind in essentialisms which are related to patriarchal society. We assume, by the narrative process, that Nélida Piñon transgresses the gender rules which are socially established. Her characters are able to transform or to rebuild their identifies surrounded social view. Obviously, these values are idealized by the patriarchal society. We will try to investigate them in the narrative text.
