Abstract
Studies about reading models and their relationship to literacy teaching have analyzed, among other aspects, the relationship between literacy practices in the family and the greater or lesser success of children at this stage of schooling. Thus, the aim of the present study is to reflect on the affective relation between adults and children during reading, as an important component in the development of the small reader. The focus is on a reading event in which three middle-class children who were learning to read.Downloads
