Reflexões sobre a leitura e as novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação-TIC como possibilitadora ao acesso à informação no enfrentamento às desigualdades sociais na atual configuração de sociabilidade capitalista. Discute sobre a exclusão digital como decorrência da própria exclusão social. Adverte que o obstáculo maior ao acesso à informação via TIC, deve-se ao grave quadro social do Brasil, pela não efetividade das ações do Estado. Enfatiza a necessidade da prática da leitura como instrumento capaz de possibilitar o uso autônomo e crítico das TIC pela classe trabalhadora.Downloads
