Gestão da Informação em ambientes híbridos: condições de apoio da Arquitetura da Informação

No contexto atual, em que os usuários utilizam diferentes mídias fortemente inter-relacionadas e com arquiteturas da informação formando ecossistemas, não se pode pensar a Gestão da Informação isolada num único ambiente. Este artigo se propõe a discutir pontos de integração entre Gestão da Informação e Arquitetura da Informação, considerando a interoperabilidade entre ambientes físicos e virtuais, característicos da sociedade de informação contemporânea. O tráfego para os usuários entre esses dois ambientes requer que o encontrado no ambiente real seja o mais similar possível ao seu correspondente no ambiente virtual. Desta forma, os processos em Gestão da Informação devem contribuir para tornar ambos os ambientes mais próximos possíveis um do outro. A Arquitetura da Informação Pervasiva torna-se apoio fundamental para que a Gestão da Informação alcance esse objetivo. Partindo-se da análise dos processos de gerenciamento da informação propostos por Thomas Davenport, pode-se correlacionar as heurísticas com a Arquitetura da Informação Pervasiva proposta por Andrea Resmini e Luca Rosati, com potencial para auxiliar cada uma das etapas da Gestão da Informação.
