Experience, childhood, language and event
the Giorgio Agamben’s biopolitics and education

The present study is interested in deepening Walter Benjamin's diagnosis of the impoverishment of experience from Giorgio Agamben's biopolitical hypothesis. The biopolitical devices of modernity no longer allow the passage from experience to language producing life forms without ethics and politics. Then explores the figure of childhood as an event, which would allow the contemporary escape its constitutive dichotomies and produce again an ethical way of life by venturing into an empty space. The text is divided into two parts and four moments. In the first part the problem of experience is explored from Benjamin to Agamben, deepens soon after, this problem with the biopolitics’ notion. In the second part we present the notion of childhood as an event, because it would represent the entrance of the human in the language. In this movement of passage and production of the event we realize the possibility of building a life form, this is, an ethical life.
