Percursos metodológicos sob a perspectiva da Teoria Ator-Rede:
revisão integrativa e recomendações

Objetivo: Este estudo investiga a compatibilidade entre métodos de coleta e análise de dados e a ontologia da Teoria Ator-Rede (ANT), buscando recomendações metodológicas alinhadas a seus princípios fundamentais. Metodologia: Realizamos uma revisão integrativa da literatura com 42 artigos empíricos publicados nos últimos cinco anos, analisando os métodos de coleta e análise de dados empregados. A partir disso, propomos um modelo metodológico baseado na ANT. Principais resultados: Entrevistas, pesquisa documental e observação foram os métodos de coleta mais usados, com a análise temática predominando entre os métodos de análise. Destacamos que a centralidade do ator humano ainda é comum em muitas pesquisas. Contribuições acadêmicas: Apresentamos um modelo composto pela análise temática como etapa inicial, combinada com outros métodos para melhor alinhamento com a agência da ANT. Contribuições práticas: A ANT pode auxiliar na interação entre tecnologias, processos e pessoas, influenciando a comunicação e identificando pontos críticos nessas relações. Dessa forma, a gestão pode identificar oportunidades de inovação e melhorias nos processos organizacionais.
