The research develops in the context of information science, and nature of a qualitative, exploratory and bibliographic directed four of the 26 digital stations in the capital of Paraiba by running focus groups, interviews, questionnaires and document analysis. It was concluded that the absence of a true digital inclusion public policy brings harmful consequences to the progress of the project, revealing inconsistencies with regard to the overall planning, which in turn leads to the absence of an effective evaluation process.
