The case of Larissa Manoela, a young Brazilian actress, who, last year (2023), revealed questions about the gestation of her remuneration by her parents, without her knowledge. The case in question highlights the lack of transparency in the artist's financial management and the legal implications involving the unknown remuneration of artists' parents. This article explores the legal implications of this scenario, analyzing Labor Legislation, as well as legal protections for young artists. From this context, based on legal sources, it is essential to understand the lack of transparency in financial management by parents to ensure the protection of the rights of this young group, who are involved in the artistic world.
