Digital Information and Communication Technologies are present in different social activities, work and study, in our daily lives. Their use in active teaching methodologies, to favor the learning of Science in a critical and responsible way, constitutes the object of study of researchers from different areas of knowledge. In the context of this work, we examine, through an analysis of recent literature, how the use of digital technologies contributes to the development of disciplinary knowledge and skills that help to solve problem situations associated with simple electrical circuits or electricity. For this purpose, we selected as a literature search procedure to follow all the steps of an integrative review. As a result, we determined that: i: introductions to digital technologies are generally not orientation-based theoretical references; ii: all workshops use one stationary simulations, even if different DICT are used; iii: the analytical articles show that the use of digital technologies promotes the learning of concepts in electric circuits. Only two of them suggested discussing circuits using digital technologies as a way to solve everyday problem situations.
