MULHERES E A SOCIEDADE AGRÁRIA: REPRESENTAÇOES SOCIAIS E RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO
Abstract
Women have never been absent from the story, although the official historiography has overlooked. Researchers (s) has been working on studies of the history of women in agrarian societies and their struggles in all civilizing processes. Moreover, rural women have secured their place in life as a citizen in the world and in history itself. Throughout history there is a relationship between gender and power that needs to be studied, developed, rewritten, because the traditional anthropocentric and universalizing history created the myth of the weaker sex, impotence female and male existential dependence. This article analyzes the functions and roles established by history to rural women and the processes of reproduction and socio-cultural transformation by which they are passing, leading us to affirm that human identities are constructed through life, the meanings that groups social feeding in their cultural contexts.Downloads
