UN ESTUDIO SOBRE LAS EMOCIONES EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA Y APRENDIZAJE

Resumen

La investigación se propuso reconocer la relevancia del tema emociones en la perspectiva de los profesores, producir un material didáctico dirigido a la problematización del tema emociones de los profesores y promover un espacio para hablar y escuchar sobre el tema en la formación permanente. El recorte de este artículo se centra en dos cuestiones: ¿cuál es la relevancia de las emociones en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, desde la perspectiva docente? ¿Qué estrategias utilizan los docentes de Educación Básica para hacer frente a sus propias emociones frente a situaciones desafiantes en el aula? Se aplicó una encuesta a 83 docentes y se realizó un curso de extensión de 30 horas, en el que participaron 07 docentes, todos de Educación Básica. El análisis fue apoyado por el software Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionaires (IRAMUTEQ) y fue predominantemente cualitativo. En las respuestas de los docentes sobre los estados emocionales en su aula se señalaron las emociones de alegría, placer, frustración, tristeza, ira, miedo, amor, ansiedad y desánimo. En cuanto a la forma en que abordan estas emociones, las ocurrencias de palabras como controlar, respirar, hablar, creer, contribuir, respetar, motivar, acoger, tratar y camino, indican un movimiento prometedor en el contexto de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
