Modelos e critérios para avaliação da qualidade de fontes de informação: uma revisão sistemática de literatura

O artigo relata os resultados de uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre critérios utilizados para avaliação da qualidade de fontes de informação. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica em três idiomas (português, espanhol e inglês) para se analisar a produção científica sobre conceitos relativos à fontes de informação e qualidade da informação, bem como os critérios utilizados para sua avaliação. Após pesquisa em artigos e demais publicações no período de 1974 a 2016, os resultados apontam a existência de 73 modelos. Foram também identificados os critérios mais frequentemente citados. Constatou-se a existência de 106 termos distintos, destacando-se os seguintes: precisão/acurácia das informações, atualização das informações, design/layout, confiabilidade e completude das informações, relevância/importância.
