Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate the multiplicity of grounds for terminating the labour contract in Spanish law, considering its peculiarities in relation to the model currently in Brazil. This study also highlights, in short, the procedure relevant to the dismissal, with the differential in the number of workers involved (collective dismissal). Finally, it brings the reader the fundamentals of the measure of the indemnities arising from the breach of contract. Keywords: labour contract. Extinction. Spanish employment law.
