Abstract

This paper reports and analyzes the experience of employees training and leaderships of, health from Improvement Classes on Popular Education in Health in the State of Paraíba, realized in 2017, during a partnership among several institutions, but coordinated, nationally, by the Escola Politécnica de Saúde João Venâncio (EPSJV) of Fiocruz and, locally, by the Technical School of Health of the UFPB and by the Center for Human Resources (CEFOR-RH), of the State Health Secretariat of Paraíba (SES / PB). The text brings the look of the State Coordination, formed by the State Coordinator and Administrative Support, focusing the actions developed with the educators and the students. Methodologically, the article is set in a qualitative research, descriptive and exploratory, using the method of systematization of experiments. The results confirm the existence of a statewide conduction and support process that collaborated to qualify workers and health leaders, with a view to resuscitation, autonomy and accountability, replacing the centrality in the commitment to care for users of the Unified Health System. Health (SUS) and with the defense and consolidation of the System itself.

Author Biography

Volmir José Brutscher, Universidade de Pernambuco (UPE)

Graduated in Philosophy from the Instituto Superior de Filosofia Berthier and Universidade de Passo Fundo (1997), Master in Education from Universidade de Passo Fundo (2004) and PhD in Education from Universidade Federal da Paraíba (2017). He has professional experience in the area of ​​health education management and higher education. At graduation, the disciplines of Scientific Methodology, Philosophical Studies, Philosophy of Education and Youth and Adult Education stand out; in postgraduate studies, Human Rights and Citizenship and Management of Health Systems and Services. He also has experience in Popular Education, centrally in social control of public policies, with an emphasis on health.
