Práticas discursivas e construção de masculinidades não-hegemônicas na Formação Profissional Técnica:

um estudo sobre as estratégias de resistência e pertencimento de alunos LGBTQIA+

Resumen

Este ensaio teórico analisa como alunos LGBTQIA+ em instituições de formação profissional e técnica constroem e negociam masculinidades não-hegemônicas. Através da lente do construcionismo social e das práticas discursivas, o estudo explora estratégias de resistência e pertencimento empregadas por esses alunos. São discutidas implicações para práticas educacionais inclusivas, destacando desafios como resistência institucional e oportunidades para pesquisas futuras. O trabalho enfatiza a importância de ambientes educacionais que reconheçam e valorizem diversas expressões de masculinidade, contribuindo para uma formação profissional mais equitativa e inovadora.

Biografía del autor/a

George Moraes De Luiz, Universidade Federal de Rondonópolis

Profesor Asociado en el curso de Psicología de la Universidad Federal de Rondonópolis. A nivel de pregrado, imparte cursos, preside el Núcleo Docente Estructurante (NDE) y coordina el Servicio Reflexivo para Hombres remitidos por el Juzgado Especializado de Violencia Doméstica y Familiar contra la Mujer del municipio de Rondonópolis (SER), en colaboración con el Juzgado de Familia de Rondonópolis. En programas de posgrado lato sensu, imparte cursos y supervisa en las Residencias Multiprofesionales en Salud del Adulto y del Anciano y en Salud Familiar. En programas de posgrado stricto sensu, imparte cursos y supervisa en el Programa de Maestría en Educación. Es licenciado en Psicología por la Universidad Federal de Mato Grosso/Rondonópolis (2008), donde desarrolló un Proyecto de Investigación de Iniciación Científica (2005-2008) con una beca del CNPq. Cursó asignaturas y desarrolló actividades prácticas en el Máster Integrado en Psicología y en el Instituto de la Infancia, en la Universidad de Minho, Braga, Portugal (2007-2008), con una beca del Programa Santander Universidades. Posee una Maestría (2011) y un Doctorado en Psicología Social (2015) de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de São Paulo, con una beca CNPq para su maestría y becas CAPES y CNPq para su doctorado, respectivamente. Realizó una pasantía doctoral en el Grupo de Investigación de Estudios Sociales en Ciencia y Tecnología (GESCIT), en la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, España (2014), con una beca CAPES. Ganador del Premio Joven Investigador de Mérito en Psicología de la Salud, otorgado por la Sociedad Portuguesa de Psicología de la Salud, Oporto, Portugal (2008). Tiene experiencia en el campo de la Psicología, con énfasis en Construccionismo Social, Prácticas Discursivas, Género y Masculinidades. Correo electrónico: george@ufr.edu.br

Estudiante de pregrado en Psicología en la Universidad Federal de Rondonópolis, Mato Grosso. Voluntario de Iniciación Científica, habiendo desarrollado, en el año 2023, el estudio titulado "La diferencia entre la formación del yo y la noción de sujeto en la teoría lacaniana" e integrante del Proyecto de Extensión: Servicio Reflexivo para hombres derivados por el Juzgado Especializado de Violencia Doméstica y Familiar contra la Mujer del municipio de Rondonópolis-MT.
