O “EU FEMININO” EM CHRISTINE DE PIZAN E EM HADEWIJCH D’ANVERS

O presente artigo é uma tradução da conferência de abertura proferida no VII Seminário de Estudos Medievais na Paraíba. O objetivo principal do artigo é refletir acerca das narrativas alegóricas da Idade Média sobre o amor, escritas em primeira pessoa. Esses textos formam uma família com base em três elementos: a) a narrativa em primeira pessoa, ou seja, uma história contada por um "eu", b) a alegoria, na forma de um sonho, de uma visão ou de uma balada, incluindo o encontro do "eu" com as personificações alegóricas e c) o tema do amor cortês. Para refletir sobre essas narrativas alegóricas do eu, são analisados textos de duas autoras medievais: Christine de Pizan e Hadewijch d´´ Anvers. As perguntas norteadoras do texto são as seguintes: Como a relação entre os três elementos é apresentada pelas autoras mulheres? Falando sobre o amor, elas amam com palavras e adotam um discurso em primeira pessoa que remete a uma experiência exemplificativa? Como o "eu" feminino influencia a forma alegórica e a concepção de amor e, de forma inversa, como a forma alegórica e a concepção de amor definem as possibilidades de contar, no feminino, uma história de amor em primeira pessoa? Em outras palavras, em que condições elas podem fazer parte da família de textos e se apresentar como autoras-amantes?
