The article addresses issues that are intersected in Giorgio Agamben's proposal to demonstrate how sovereign power captures the political and legal rights of individuals in the West. Contributions from thinkers such as Michel Foucault and Walter Benjamin are listed by Agamben as important in the foundation of his ideas about field of concentration, biopolitical body, zoé and bios, homo sacer and state of exception. Highlights the Agamben's understanding of Foucault's biopolitical proposal, which places natural life as an object of calculation by the State, which in modernity takes upon itself the management of the body biopolitical-bare life. Emphasizes the relationship between violence and law highlighted by Benjamin and wich. Agamben highlights as na accurate, blunt and current critique of everything known, about sovereignty. Agamben highlits the tension between mythical violence, or law, and life Naked Against wich Benjamin defend purê violence. Agamben, like Benhamin, counters the capture of the biopolitical body-bare life by law, wich controls and exposes life to the violence of all order, including stateless people, the nation of the underprivileged.
