competências para o século XXI - work in process na abordagem qualitativa

This article is the partial result of fieldwork, collection, analysis and discussion of data: qualitative approach, proposed in one of the modules of a Curricular Unit of the Doctoral Program at the Open University of Portugal (UAb), in April 2024, and aims to present work in process when writing a doctoral thesis. Regarding the methodology, it is a qualitative approach with bibliographic analysis with a descriptive objective, and its research design is an ethnographic study to answer the research question: What skills are needed in Digital Literacy and Artificial Intelligence Literacy to inhabit the educational environment in the 21st century?, the MAXQDA software was used, which according to Creswell (2013), is a computer program that assists in the systematic evaluation and interpretation of qualitative texts, a tool for developing theories and testing theoretical conclusions.

Este artículo es el resultado parcial del trabajo de campo, recolección, análisis y discusión de datos: enfoque cualitativo, propuesto en uno de los módulos de una Unidad Curricular del Programa de Doctorado de la Universidad Abierta de Portugal (UAb), en abril de 2024, y tiene como objetivo presentar un work in process al redactar una tesis doctoral. En cuanto a la metodología, es un enfoque cualitativo con análisis bibliográfico con objetivo descriptivo, y su diseño de investigación es un estudio etnográfico para responder a la pregunta de investigación: ¿Qué habilidades se necesitan en Alfabetización Digital y Alfabetización en Inteligencia Artificial para habitar el entorno educativo del siglo XXI? ¿siglo?, se utilizó el software MAXQDA, que según Creswell (2013), es un programa informático que ayuda en la evaluación e interpretación sistemática de textos cualitativos, una herramienta para desarrollar teorías y probar conclusiones teóricas.
