The present research investigates the contribution of remote interpreters in communication and access to services by immigrants in the United States, identifying the advantages for their social and cultural inclusion. To this end, a comprehensive qualitative literature review was used as a methodological procedure, seeking to understand theories and concepts related to the topic. The theoretical framework used addresses the concepts of migration (United Nations Brazil, 2022), immigration in the USA (Library Of Congress, 2023), language barriers, interpretation (Pagura, 2015), among others. Additionally, the research brings a professional experience report, in the first person singular, establishing a connection between the report and the theoretical framework presented, analyzing qualitative data to identify patterns and perceptions about the advantages and challenges of using remote interpreters. As this is an exploratory research, the analysis provides insights and practical recommendations for professionals, public policies, and organizations dealing with immigrants in the United States, aiming to improve communication and access to services through the effective use of remote interpreters.
