PERIPHERAL MARGINAL LITERATURE AND FORMATION

the interweaving of street literature with other spaces of knowledge

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the formative power of marginal peripheral literary production based on the narratives of peripheral writers. Assuming that this research could not be dissociated from my life trajectory, the (auto)biographical narrative permeates the entire research as an important instrument in the investigation and (self)education process (SOUZA, 2007). From the understanding that marginal peripheral literature is always singular and local, but at the same time global and social, the methodological approach will also start from narrative research (CLANDININ and CONNELLY, 2011) and from the methodology of conversations (SAMPAIO; RIBEIRO; SOUZA, 2018). With the production of Soares (2009) and Ferréz (2005), my experiences as a peripheral writer and the narratives of other peripheral writers, I seek to understand how marginal peripheral literature is inscribed in different spaces of formation, among them, the streets and the schools. In this way,the research aims to contribute to the expansion of discussions on the formative aspects of marginal peripheral literature in the field of education.
